Shipping policy
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much the shipping cost will be, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. At the checkout page, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Holidays
During holidays, orders won't be processed until the following business day. In the event that your request is time sensitive, kindly reach us to check whether your items will deliver in a reasonable time span.
Delivery Location
All orders can be delivered or picked up from our Head Office at 97 Tomas Arguelles cor. Bayani St., Brgy. Dona Imelda, Quezon City. If an item is not in stock at the time you placed your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once you place your order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the change due to certain circumstances, we make every effort to deliver your order within 7 days from the date you placed your order.
Date of delivery may vary depending on carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products ordered in multiple quantity may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Damaged Items in Transport
If there are damages to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately, use our live chat pop-up window on our website. Subject to the terms and conditions of our Refunds Policy and the Terms of Service, customers may apply for return of the purchased items (“Item”) and/or refund on or before 7 days upon receiving the item.
For physical returns, customers must bring the item and the receipt to Head Office - 97 Tomas Arguelles cor. Bayani St., Brgy. Dona Imelda, Quezon City for replacement or refunds.
