Thank you for shopping at Nxled.Store! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase as well as your shopping experience with us. Whether you've previously bought, or are simply perusing, we need to frame our merchandise exchanges so you understand what you can anticipate from us..

If you have received an incorrect item or received a damaged or defective item. Please read the following carefully.

  • We urge you to assess your things quickly upon receipt. We recommend taking pictures and refusing delivery of packages that have been damaged during shipping. The majority of shipping companies allow only two business days to file a claim for damage if it is discovered after delivery.
  • Defective items can always be returned for a refund within 7 days for home lighting fixtures and two weeks for décor/holiday items. Substitutes for imperfect things are accessible for either 3 months or (not entirely set in stone by thing classification). We reserve the right to substitute a comparable item for your item if one is unavailable.

To start a return, you can contact us by sending a message through our website. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you ordered a product that is not in stock, nxled.store will refund everything.

 

Replacement

You may request a replacement of item with no additional cost or refund the product cost only (we will not shoulder the delivery fee). You may replace the item with different item if it has the same cost or bigger amount value of your item.
